About
A Brief Synopsis
I’m a Clinical Fellow in Transfusion Medicine with a background that bridges bench science, bedside care, and big data. I began my journey in a combined MD/PhD program in Massachusetts, then trained in Family Medicine during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was in the ICU—managing critical cases and watching the power of blood products firsthand—that I fell in love with transfusion medicine. Since then, I've never looked back.

Named one of ASCP’s 40 Under Forty in 2023, I’ve led multiple first-author research projects, co-founded the Society for Innovation and Research during residency, and served as its President from 2021 to 2023. During my term, I launched monthly incubator-style workshops to help residents develop their ideas at the intersection of innovation and academia. I’m also passionate about clinical informatics, AI, and the future of big data in pathology—especially tools like whole genome sequencing and their transformative potential.

This site is where I explore the many intersections of my career: clinical pathology, transfusion medicine, data science, and medical education. Whether you’re a student, a scientist, or somewhere in between—I’m glad you’re here.
